Can't see my views. Crashes regularly. Can't see my views. Crashes regularly.I have a few views for leads that I use regularly on the website and this app has a fixed set of views. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to change the order of the views so that I can see the views in the app that I use. The app also crashes almost every time I use it. So basically this app is useless. :(

Great tool to use with Zoho CRM Great tool to use with Zoho CRMIf you plan on using the mobile Zoho app as a stand alone your not going to get the full benefit it offers. When tied in with the main CRM the app is a necessity and helps streamline any input from the field and greatly reduced the need to enter data at a later time. With that said I would like to see additional features added to the app to make it a five star product. One addition would be key word search... From a sales professionals perspective this is critical to any CRM. This feature is already a standard in Zoho's CRM but needs to be implemented to their app to make it an A&& Kicking Product! Come on Zoho, please make this happen...

Couldn't function without it! Couldn't function without it!Zoho CRM was one of the first apps I found and downloaded when I bought my iPad. It became the reason that I abandoned Act and subscribed to Zoho CRM for my business. Visually appealing, simple to navigate, set-and-forget sync, but with the ability to pull down more records if I decide, I can enter notes, update records and schedule follow-ups even when out of signal range, and it updates automatically once I get back in range. I wish it would sync down Custom Modules, but while I'm on the road, they're not a necessity - it's not replacing my laptop, simply supplementing - as long as I can get phone numbers, directions and names, I'm a happy sales rep.

Very basic app Very basic appMost of the modules we use in the web version of Zoho CRM, both standard and custom, are not supported in the mobile app. Only a few fixed modules are supported and it cannot be customized.
