Functional and Classy Functional and ClassyFirst: function. The QR reader loads reasonably quickly; it's consistent, too, in that I know how long before I reach a You Are Here dot should I get the app ready, and how close to the ground I'll need to hold my phone. So, kudos for that. Next: features. Like another reviewer already said, I love that all the dots are right here on my phone! I also appreciate the map, as I would have no clue where over half of these locations are (which is part of the point of the project, I assume: increased awareness of the awesomeness scattered around Toledo). Finally, aesthetics. It's clean and uncluttered without being overly minimalist. The retro flair definitely appeals to me. All the features are easy to identify and access; no wondering how the heck I'm supposed to [fill in the blank]. I only wish the app had been promoted earlier; I ended up scanning five dots with a regular QR scanner app before the official launch date! I would have downloaded it as soon as it was available had I known how to properly "collect" the YAH dots. Oh, well. Great app for a great project!

Superb SuperbI had a blast traipsing across Toledo to score 25 captures. I live downtown and have oftener wondered about the story behind several of the buildings I visited today. I learned a few new names of some artists, too. Very well executed and thought out. The app designer deserves some credit, too. The map is functional on the go using 3G, which is more than I can say for the local credit union's app. Swift, simple, functional, beautiful. Well done. Fair warning: the mud hens dot doesn't scan (my guess is foot traffic) and I couldn't find the Pythian Castle dot (neither could my friends). Be patient if you're using the map for Promenade park! I'd love to see this be an annual thing. It might also be cool to have another campaign with a map but not exact locations. Congrats to all behind this. You rock.

Scavenger hunt Scavenger huntThis app is an awesome way to see all the You Are Here dots, is designed beautifully, and showcases the art. I love that I don't have to see each dot in person to have a collection of dots. I'm off to "earn" my poster now...
