Simple and Quick Simple and QuickThis app is effective yet simple. You can put in all your information as you would writing it in a notebook and it is just as quick. It also has space for writing notes (ex: writing a note of how much weight your goal is for the next time you do the same exercise). It is a little buggy however and the user should double check to make sure your information was saved correctly until this bug is fixed. It sure beats keeping up with a notebook and having it fall apart on you over time.

Failed at what I needed the most Failed at what I needed the mostFor me, the main problem with this app is that you can't switch exercises and keep count of your sets. If you want to intercalate 4 sets of deadlifts with 3 sets of bench presses the Set Coach doesn't understand this, and carries the finished sets from one exercise to the other.

Great app! Great app!This a great app. keeps me motivated during my workout. The only thing I would like to see is when you edit your weight for an exercise it makes the same change in all the workouts with the same exercise.
