Word Cloud Challenge is a fun way to associate vocabulary with the spoken word, by presenting some of the most commonly used words in the English language.
After the app says a word, the student taps the word on the screen that matches the spoken word. If the correct word is touched, it will disappear. If a wrong word is touched, it will stay on the screen. If the student does not tap on a word, the correct word will be repeated twice before moving on to the next word.

Word Cloud Challenge features words from many chapter books used for reading practice including Sound Out Phonics-Based Chapter Books (www.highnoonbooks.com/soundout). Sound Out Chapter Books are not required to play the game.
