The public house in the centre of Munich is the cradle of Schneider Wheatbeer. Georg I. Schneider founded the brewery and a brewery public bar in 1872. Until today, the "White Brewery" has been the parent house of the independent family-owned brewery as well as it has been a popular meeting place for friends, businessmen, students, tourists and native Munich people. The ambience is typical of the good Wilhelminian style and of the traditional Munich public house culture.


You can book a table directly with Weisses Bräuhaus-App. Moreover it offers mouth-watering and partly unusual recipes, which are easy to cook at home. Of course the menus and the lists of beverages can also be found there. We also use Facebook to keep in touch with you.
