Age of war, complete with age of war's pros and cons. Age of war, complete with age of war's pros and cons. The wars is a clone of age of war, not much is added(a new age and some higher difficulties) but I have still had plenty of fun with it. That would be a combination of it being always on my device and the higher difficulties. Being an AOW clone the game has all the good parts of AOW 1. Won't get into the details here about all that. After having won a few times of the highest difficulty(and it is hard) I have gotten quite familiar with the "gamey" mechanics and have found some major balance issues that could be fixed in a few minuets each. The major issues are as followed 1.In later ages(renaissance and up) the best turrets are powerful enough to defend your base on their own. The player does not have to do anything except upgrade the turrets with each new age. If the game is coded fairly well this should be as simple as changing a single constant per turret. 2.The difficulty curve should match an optimal interest curve, and it kinda does that in reverse. The game starts out hard and gets progressively easier. I bet that fixing turrets would fix this as well. 3.specials are a bit too random. This is more just me but If I would have made the specials more controllable. Not like you can really change this now but in future games my opinion is more player control P.S Thank you for not mixing cavemen with dinosaurs(that's always cufuzzled me greatly but whatever) As for someone wondering about buying the game I would say yes(I've played it enough to actually notice these things :p )
