Worst software update process ever. Worst software update process ever.Extremely annoying update process. The new software retains NONE of your previous log in information- so user, password, Vin number, and pin must be re-entered while sitting in your car, where no-one actually keeps this information handy. Then, after I re-entered all the correct information it told the information was not correct. So now, I have no Volvo On Call and no Customer Service option for at least another hour. Good thing I don't have a Volvo emergency

Not happy. Not happy.I don't like this new release. For me, the previous version was far better. The remote locking feature, is useless. On more than one occasion,"It" told me I couldn't lock the car because the trunk was unlocked and open. It was neither. However, I unlocked trunk and locked it. No change. Total time wasted: 10-15 minutes. The previous app's graphics, colors and contrast were better. And, it was way more user friendly. Everything was better (for me). It takes much longer to update. In short, I'll not be renewing my subscription as the app stinks. I shouldn't have updated. Should have ability to return to previous version. - 2015.5 S60 Platinum e-Drive.
