A great autism app for this price range! A great autism app for this price range!I really like this as an inexpensive option for a visual "working for" board. In fact, it's really more than a "working for" board, it is a simple First... Then/ sequencing app. You are not limited to just a "first" and a "then" picture. You can put a sequence of images to go through step by step with a child. Set up is easy. You can add a picture from your photo library or directly from your camera if you have iPod touch 4 (if not you can take a screen shirt of vocabulary flash cards from any other app if no camera!) you can also go straight to the internet for pics from this app. You can also choose if the written label appears with the image or if it's kept hidden. And you can add VOICE! For this price point it has a lot of handy features. There is one reason I haven't used this as much- my students (or myself!) accidentally touch the next picture in the cue at the bottom, advancing the image to the next one too early, which is mildly annoying. I think this can be fixed with a "go back" button, or a swipe back feature etc. Other than that, the price is right, it is very easy to set up, and I haven't experienced any bugs with the full one, maybe it had to do with what version of OS was installed. The only difference I've noticed between the two is the ads on the lite version and a few bugs on the lite version. The developer has been very responsive to some suggestions for their other app, Visual Cue, so I am sure this can be made into an A+ app for this price category shortly,! I will update when a new version comes out!
