Not so great Not so greatConstantly have to refresh the box to use the remote. I like the older one better as far as the remote feature goes.

Terrible TerribleNearly impossible to do anything useful with the app. When I try to record a series it doesn't work and I get such helpful messages as 'Generic create series error'. I tried tuning to a channel using the app and it caused my set top box to freak out and ultimately needed to be rebooted. It's extremely frustrating because Verizon's standard remote and set top box are so bad they're almost unusable, so I had high hopes that this would make cable worth paying for. It doesn't. Utter garbage.

Horrible!!!! Horrible!!!!This app only works at home in front of our tv! What is the point! That's why I have a REAL remote! The true purpose should be for when your not in front of your tv and need to record something or look up something! In that cause this app gives you a loading error message every time! So in other words its useless for its one true good purpose so why bother!!!
