    I've been trying to use this app for a full hour and it just won't pair devices. It's turned out to be a complete waste of time.

  • For those of you that assume.
    (First!) Finally a app that #1 is cross platform compatible. # 2 for all of us ( mainly you) that assume your information is backed up. Download this if you have info on a non Verizon phone and need it all on one place. Forget iCloud or Google drive... What a pain and tedious. I've used this on several of my phones I've kept around and now have it all stored in a place I can actually view what's backed up. Thank you Verizon for making all our lives easier !!!!

Use Verizon Content Transfer on your source (FROM) phone and download its companion Verizon Cloud app on your Verizon (TO) phone. The content is restored on the new phone in the same format. This app supports transfers from android and iOS phones.

Have a lot of content and not enough time to transfer … We have a solution designed just for you. You’ll be provided the total transfer time and have the option to transfer only the content that you need now. Pair the phones again and restart the process. Any content previously transferred will be skipped....
