Not as user friendly as it was last year Not as user friendly as it was last yearI used to buy a lot of handbags, but now all you seem to offer is a look at your catalogs. The old way of picking out a sale handbag, and seeing all the past fabrics that were still available was far more fun, and easy to order. What did you change your format for? It is terrible.
