Inbox error Inbox error

My LI inbox is empty, but this app insists I have a message waiting. No way I can find to tell it that I dont want that stupid "1" showing up on my home screen - not if I had a message and definitely not if the inbox is empty. Good grief! Can't you get past the "off by one errors"?
