We tried aroundme for local gas stations. It didn't list the two closest ones. We then tried Suri and she listed them.

This app works fine for easy access to corporate email stored in outlook. What I find annoying is that if I delete an email at work, it remains in deleted when I open the app on my iPhone.

Incredible app. Look at the night sky, spot a star or group of stars, hold your iPhone up to the sky, and the Night Sky tells you what stat or constellation you're viewing. Or else sit in your living room, hold your phone up towards the sky, find something of interest above the horizon, and then go outside to see it.

Downcast is a great podcast client. Just start the app every day and let it download your subscriptions. No need to synch anything. It's great for listening to podcasts during a commute - or any other time. It has everything I need to manage my subscriptions.

I just received a Word doc via email on my iPad and I needed an app to open it. I found this app and bought it, only to find that it wouldn't open the doc. At least it only cost $0.99.
