Why release something that just crashes each time you try to open it? Not yet ready for prime-time.

Desperately in need of an update as it doesn't work properly with iOS 8. The last update was nearly a year ago! Hopefully a working update will be released soon. Get with it Sky!

Not a bad start, but still leaves much to be desired. The app is buggy and crashes each and every time I try to view the hourly data. As it stands, the mobile version of the Metservice web site is far better, and presents information much clearer. You can create your own app to take you to the site by visiting www.metservice.co.nz on your mobile phone, click OK, when asked if you'd like to view a mobile version of the website, then select your Town. When your town or location appears, use the Share button at the bottom of the Safari app and select Add to Home Screen. Viola, you have your own app. It has a better layout and design too than the real app that you must purchase. Not worth the money in my estimation until they fix the bugs and the overly 'busy' design of the app.

This app hasn’t been updated since its release in Oct 2011, and its still in version 1.0. In theory, it could work fine, but the interface is confusing, and each and every time i try to open up the preferences pane, the app simply disappears when trying to run it on Mavericks. Please Light Pillar, update this app! Either that or the Apple Store should drop apps that are no longer supported. I’ve been to their web site and there is no mention of updating this app, or whether or not it works under Mavericks.
