OK, After a few hours of Itunes insanity, Jam is working. Itunes Music Match was not playing nice. Syncing locally did the trick. As for support, I did not find a dedicated forum but Support emailed me back within 45 seconds of my request. Wow! I'm sold.

I like this app but it often says Station Not Available at This Time" when a similar app works on the same station.
