I'm with everyone else - used to be great until the Overground was removed. Now virtually useless.

Really badly thought out. It's a plan of Westfield, yes, but it may as well be a paper map. The route planner totally failed for me trying to find one shop on the ground floor. Some real world wayfinding signage would supersede this overnight.
