  • Just one language please!
This is o.k. but unfortunately the ingredients and instructions are in a mixture of English & German making the app less than useful to speakers of either language? Fine if one can speak both English and German.

  • Not Great
Sounds are not too bad but very limited functionality. It hasn't been updated in three years so the developers aren't supporting it. I deleted it after five minutes of fiddling around.

  • Used to be good
This has gone from being one of the best journal apps around to one of the worst! After being 'updated' for iOS 7 the rot set in. Now, even after the latest update, it still has a long way to go as it still has many quirky bugs, Dropbox doesn't work and the 'new' calendar view is awkward to say the least. Sadly, now one to avoid.

  • Good but opinionated.
This is an excellent guide to the D800 and explains in clear terms everything you need to know and more besides. Ken Rockwell is obviously a user of this camera and he informs the reader what his personal settings are which can be very useful. One word of warning though, Rockwell is very opinionated and you are not going to agree with all of his opinions, some of which are not supported either by theory or my 40 odd years experience in photography but that said don't let that put you off. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, just don't take all of his as gospel.

  • Useful and fun.
Although this is a limited version of the full app it is still extremely useful. The sounds have that typical 8 bit quality which I find strangely appealing. I have already used this in the studio. Search around and you find the orchestra stab from "Owner of a Broken Heart". Buy it, it is NOT. A rip off.
