I would give 0 stars if I could! EE are a terrible phone company! I never have signal and my 4G doesn't work half the time. The company itself is shambles! When signing up for my contract they gave me 2 faulty phones (one after the other) it then proceeded to take 3 weeks to get my contract sorted since they lied and messed everything up! Leaving me with no service (which I often still get!) The app in particular is terrible! Full or bugs and errors and half the time shuts off and the other half it just tells me to refresh!! I am now locked into a contact with these idiots for just under 2 years :( I am not happy and I miss O2! I should never have switched!
