Well, I am a newbie. Never played this game before. Just downloaded it, so I am not familiar with it being any other way. Sounds like they changed some things. That being said, and this being my first racing game, I think this game is freaking awesome! I love it. 9/2/13 follow up - still awesome. Incredible actually. All those that have given it 1 star and have their panties all in a wad seriously need to get a life. If you are playing this game that much, you have more serious problems that you should probably think about getting help for. This game is awesome and I have no problem maxing out my car with the cash I earn and taking first place against all you winers.
