I just downloaded a copy of this application and it is great. With a wide collection of public domain readings, this is a wonderful app for audiobook listening. The interface is intuitive and it allows you to download and store your books for offline listening. This seems key. High school and university students will find this especially useful. Why buy Thoreau's Walden for an English literature course when you can listen to the audiobook free of charge? A very fine app.

Flipboard is incredible. This is a must-have app for iPad users.

I'm willing to pay for good content but this pay-wall model is terrible. It completely ignores the market. It's like trying to sell a banana for $11.
