  • Needs work, but getting there
I love Zulily; I love their selection, I love their service, and I even despise the people who whine and whine about their shipping times on facebook. It's a group buy; what is so hard to understand?! Anyway....as much as I love Zulily, I think this app is still a work in progress. I write the review, though, because I believe quality feedback yields improvement. This app is free, and it's not riddled with ads. Love that. As far as I can tell, it is not "buggy;" I have only encountered one bug. When I checkout using PayPal, it connects me to the PayPal site, brings me back to Zulily, and then I get an error message that my payment can't be processed. I go through the steps again, and it works. I don't get double charged. So there's something funky in that interface, and I've encountered it about 5 or 6 consecutive times, so I know it's a glitch. (oh, and I also test software for a living). The graphics when viewing on the iPad are grainy! Awful! Please please optimize this for iPad!!! Your offerings are so beautiful, and this app is so easy to use compared to a regular browser (shopping on the iPad while watching Modern Family? I think I will!) that it's a shame to have such poor quality images. Also, there is no place to enter a coupon code using this app, which is a shame since I frequently have them. I would say 3 times lately I've missed out on free shipping or 20% off my order because I had a coupon but had only my iPad handy, not a laptop. Lastly, I would love a place to rate items. I have seen several things I've purchased appear later in a separate "event"-- I could share my opinions with others. Since Zulily doesn't accept returns (an unfortunate consequence of their business model) it would be nice to hear from others about how a certain brand fits, holds up, engages their kid's attention, etc. Keep it up, though. I've gotten some great finds from Zulily and I *will* stick around to see where this work in progress winds up. Thanks!!

  • Doesn't inspire confidence
Placed an order; they shipped the wrong item. Credited my account, but then removed some of the credit during my next transaction. I had to call to get this fixed. Then i looked in the "settings" of the app and found it was sending "invites" to random email addresses-- names of people I've never heard of!!! What the hell? I'm actually worried to give this place my credit card ever again.

  • So robust!
I've been using this app for several months now, after having accessed HAR through a reglular browser for a year or so. The app seems to run so much faster than the regular website, and has all the same features but with clearer graphics and a nice layout. It's really consistent in operation to other quality iPad apps- buttons are where you expect them to be, maps re-search as you move, etc. Clearly the area realtors are populating HAR with quality information, and that is perhaps the thing that makes HAR such a great app; sometimes I access this app for no reason at all except I like to look at pretty houses! I get a few crashes here and there; I have always allowed the app to report the issue, and I do feel like the developers are responsive. I've downloaded at least 2 updates to HAR in the 2.5 months I've had it, and they have each been a noticeable improvement over the previous build. HAR is not riddled with ads, which is SO nice for a free app. We just found a new home through this app, so I feel compelled to say to the development team, keep up the great work. Thanks!

  • Delivers as promised
I needed something to track several meds after surgery; this does the job. Easy to figure out, alarms work, and I like the "took it now"/"took it on schedule" option.

  • Paint Palette Won't Open
This app will not help you figure out which shade of which paint brand to choose, but it will definitely help you narrow your choices. You can envision the finished product and then head over to your neighborhood paint store and hone in on, say, a handful of "pale, greenish blues." Problem is, for the past few weeks the paint palette in this app won't open. It's totally busted. Oh well. It was good while it lasted.
