Not up front about the cost. Showed me people who "I might know" that had absolutely no association with me, we're from other countries, and some of them looked scary. I just wanted to screen callers and block spam, not join another social media application.

2/26/2015 they took a great app and made it harder to use. Signing out takes too long, we're using our phones when we're on the run, extra keystrokes are a waste of my time. Should have left it alone. Now it takes two hands to operate the app because they put the menu at the top left. The old app was such easier to use and could be operated with only your thumb. Someone just changed things so they could justify their job, this so called update makes me want to change banks.
