  • Newest Version is Trash
So sad...I used to love this app. In addition to being able to wake up with a custom playlist from my itunes folder there was also a sleep option where i could play a custom list for X amount of time before it would fade away. I used to use that every night to fall asleep. Now it doesnt even have a regular alarm, no playlist or music to wake up or count down. So weird all it does now is a timer that counts down or up but you iphone does that anyway. Weirdest update ever. Off to find an app like the old one.

  • Subscription fee after 5 lessons
It was an okay game as far ad brain training goes though it isn't very strenuous which i think is necessary for actual brain growth and after the first 5 sessions you have to pay. Not worth the money so i dont recommend downloading

  • Had to Review for Work, this one Won!
My company was thinking about investing in an app like this one so I spent a week reviewing numerous apps, small focus groups, etc and this app My Cycles came out on top. It's group forums aren't as active but females didn't seem to care about that it was the ease of use. Plus this was the only app that calculate a prime day for conception not just a window. It is the best I think you can find if you want a period tracker or preconception app. I can say this honestly after a week of research.

  • Makes Life Easier, Better than Meditation Alone
I have meditated sporadically for years because I knew the benefits and that it was good for my mind and body but this is way different than trying to sit quite for 20mins a day. Having this app to guide you takes the strain out of meditation for me, you just have to remember to open the app each day and listen so even after a long day I look forward to the next session. This method of meditation also seems to produce more tangible results. I feel more connected to myself and catch myself bringing my attention back to the present more often throughout the day. I make decisions more consciously and life just feels so harmonious. This is meditation that doesn't get boring and I can totally commit to.

  • Randomized Alarm isn't scientific
I invest in hardware and we have looked at a lot of devices that will track you sleep and wake you up at optimal timing. If you have to use an alarm I think you are better off setting it for a 90min increment since that is your natural sleep cycle and you most likely will be in a light sleep phase so 7.5hrs. This apps data for awake, light, deep sleep just can't be accurate on any level and it wakes me up in deep sleep according to its log. Not sure why but I do like the randomized time of the alarm. I'm going to try and play with the settings and keep it on the table versus the bed to see if I can get it close to 7.5 hrs.
