I registered and then was not able to login. Very buggy. What am I supposed to do with this app if I can't login?

I bought some street credits but can't use them on another phone/account. What a rip off. I can't even start the game over to switch sides.

I don't like the fact that I have to register and login to play multi-player. Why do I need to do this? Besides that, everything else is okay.
