Junk, take it away Junk, take it awayI just picked up a new Linksys because Asus and Belkin have the poorest hardware ever: I can never get a year out of them before they crash permanently. So I setup my Linksys with just a smidgen of a problem but no worries. 10 minutes after opening the box I tripled the wifi speed for my iPad. Then I installed this app, it jammed up and said it was "taking longer than expect" to connect to the router. Tried it again: same story. Stopped the app and tried going in with my desktop on LAN...NOW the Smart Wi-Fi is telling me that there was an unexpected error and to "try again when you have an Internet connection." Hmmm, the computer is connected to the router and getting Internet so how exactly does the router NOT have an Internet connection?? Unplug the router because one cannot even do a reset without this stupid Smart Wi-Fi! Thanks Linksys. I really have time for this crap.

No updates. No wonder. No updates. No wonder.STAY AWAY!!!! Started with this app in Jan 2012, used it TWICE and it wouldn't sync. Called tech support and got someone on the phone with an attitude problem. I was so impressed and that I told this person to cancel this "service" during the same call in Feb. 2012 and they didn't stop billing until my assistant caught it. No refunds. Lied about not being able to see I hadn't used the app. Thanks for your help Apple. Now take this thing off the store.
