  • Even on old iPhones it's great
Where would I be without Audible? This app makes it possible for me to enjoy books even when my hands and eyes are busy: driving, sewing, drafting patterns- not everyone gets to "read" and work at the same time. I think listening to books even improves my productivity by making it possible for me to stick to a tedious project even if I'm bored with it, and to focus more closely no matter what. The app itself is simple and user friendly, even on my out of date iPhone.

  • Better than the website!
I prefer using the app for my reservations, very easy to use.

  • Draw sumpthin' !!
Little red corvette, Johnny and the deep blue sea, sing me a song, draw me a picture, tell me you love me like you mean it. And above all, send flowers.

  • Very useful, needs some work
I'm very glad to have this app while doing Hcg - being able to track calories so specifically as well as my own progress is really nice. It's true that there is no guidance in the food lists about what is on protocol and what isn't, but I also utilize the HcG Foods app for that. Between these two pretty much everything is covered. I've recommended HcG to many friends and I always tell them to get these two apps. The food lists really need work and I can't get over the fact that dessert is spelled desert. Oops! Also, there's still a glitch with the drops tracking after 3 weeks or so, I just set my alarm on my phone with a different chime than my usual one, but it would be nice if that part were working. I often use the "previously eaten" foods list as it's quicker than "favorites." All in all, I know my progress has certainly been helped by having this at my fingertips. I can't imagine doing the diet without it.

  • SO helpful for the FMD
I started the diet without the app - carrying lists around, setting timers so I'd remember when to eat...I made a lot of mistakes and was a bit frustrated with the complexity. I decided to try out the app and I'm so glad I did. Knowing exactly what I'm supposed to be eating, how much of each thing, and when, is really making this diet work for me. I'd say it may need some additions if you're someone that needs your hand held at every step of each day, but if you just need a little assistance staying on track, this is 100% worth the $3 Just a note about the diet: Haley reminds you that you need to do the Phase Specific exercise - she means it. This has been my challenge, but the week that I finally got the weight lifting in is the week I really made progress. I can't believe how much food I'm eating, but I feel healthy and happy, and am delighted to be dropping the weight that just wouldn't leave me!
