Easy to use and beautiful. Because I'm a perfectionist, I still offer these suggestions for improvement: 1) When displaying out of the data make it gray until the data refreshes and then add color. The more out of date it is, the grayer it should look. 2) let me browse historical temperatures and precipitation up to a month back. 3) make the amount or rate of precipitation more prominent. Maybe that can be graphed over time as well.

Better than the online presence, but that's not saying much

Edline (both app and website) is a user interface nightmare. Plus, it keeps refreshing and thus there is a noticeable delay every click. If you have to use Edline, then this app will help, but there is a lot of room for improvement.

The quiz portion of this app tests more than just the state capitals. It also includes questions about when statehood was granted, matching flags to capitals and other trivia that is far more trivial than simply the state capitals. There is no way to restrict it to state capitals.
