Love having this app. I have a merchant account elsewhere, but I keep coming back to square.

It has yet to scan a card correctly on my iphone 5. Even simple cards. What's the point if I have to edit every field?

Why would you go to the trouble to implement a mobile DNS manager that can edit CNAME and A records but not AAAA records? Seriously--how hard would that have been?

Why us it most CRM apps favor B2B configurations, with separate "accounts" and "contacts"? All of my customers are individuals, not other corporations--as is the case with most retail businesses. Zoho CRM requires me to "customize" for that type of business (note that "customize" means to make the account name optional, and use "contacts" for "customers". And they provide a document on how to do this (if you hunt for it). It would still cost a star for making me hack the app to make it work, but I gave it a fair shot anyway. Then came the iPad app. Unlike the web app, there is no option for making the "account name" optional! So, I am once again stuck with a B2B CRM app. Call me when you're serious.

It can practically be solved in one sitting. Given that episode 2 is $5, I'd expect more from it.
