Best App Purchase Ever Best App Purchase Ever

I've had this about 10 days and today was the first time we've had a warning. It worked great and showed me exactly what I needed. I live near the intersection of 3 counties so the regular warning system (alerts by county) are useless to me. This does what they can't. Thanks!

I tried several planning apps and this has the best combination of features and ease of use. When I went to a pro and he plugged all the numbers into his financial planning software, the results were almost identical!
