Ads are annoying, sure, but that's obvious. The game also likes to randomly make popups suggesting that I start up a game with somebody, which for me is worse than the ads. If I want to start a game I'll choose to do that without the app's help, thanks. This also makes it less clear when someone is actually challenging me vs when the app is just suggesting that I start a new game. Maybe they made it that way on purpose. The game itself is fine, though.

Well-made and does an admirable job of trying to simulate table tennis with limiting touchscreen control. I wouldn't say it's "so realistic that it's like I'm really playing the sport" as many other reviews mention, since as far as I can tell there isn't a way to do basic techniques like backspin - only topspin smashes and some sidespin. But I think the limits of mobile controls are more to blame for that than the game's makers. The online multiplayer feature has the potential to be the most fun option, but even with a good wifi I encounter enough lag issues to make it unplayable.

I usually want to use an app like this when I'm in a subway station, so the inability to access timetables offline is a huge minus for me. Otherwise, it's decent but not the best I've used.
