This used to be a killer app, but since being acquired its dying a slow death. There have been no updates to the app itself and now it seems like the service is being neglected or is simply not working. At best, it's intermittent. I can no longer rely on a tool like that.

. . . The Google Now functionality has the ability to become awesome, but in meanwhile it has just become a drag on battery life. Even after I thought I had closed out the app. I am less concerned about the tracking then I am about my device battery being drained halfway thru my day.

If the app/svce were free, I would give it 5 stars. However as a fairly premium product the APP (not discussing content) disappoints. Mysterious blank spots where articles should appear (cust svce says memory issue - I have 15 GB free), crashes. Social / sharing is a joke. I don't know why they bother with the charade. When the sharing buttons do work, your followers/recipients will only be able to read the first paragraph, unless of course they are subscribers. Note to WSJ: want us to shill for you, pay us. As we pay you.

Need push notification. Allow selection of specific greeting customized for specific contacts (as u can do from website). Transcription service is more accurate than google voice. Adding restricted number unmasking service (like trapcall) would make this service perfect. I am already using instead of my verizon AND AT&T voicemail. I love that both my cell fones have one vm box now.

Now if u can just make an iPad version and allow labels to be used across workspaces that would be awesome.
