Very enjoyable game except the difficulty in obtains gems!

I usually don't take time out of my day to write reviews, but this app from top to bottom, is one of the worst I've ever used. From how simple their website is to use, this app makes it difficult to navigate through. Their posting process is terrible. You cannot change locations quickly. Like I said, takes more time to use the app then it does to just use safari.

I've recently started playing the game and I must say that I really enjoy it. However, tap ball seemed like a real integral part of the game by letting me compete with others. I don't understand why it had to go. My next biggest concern comes from the availability of contacting the game creators. There is a lack of communication for suggestions and/or feedback.
