I like this game but it shuts down after a minute of playing constantly. I have to open it up over and over. About to give up on it all together. Please fix!

This has been telling me for a while now, that I can buy the snow globe. It is not in the inventory, where do we get it? Still no snow globe :-( My app won't come on, please fix

This game does not always let you play, the reset seems to get stuck. It will not do anything at that point. The ads still come up even when the game won't work.
