Silly set up and sign in process that should be automated up to the ID/password screen, but it isn't. Then there are more hoops to jump through even after you get past that. Anything this convoluted to get into has not been clearly thought out. USER EXPERIENCE IS EVERYTHING, GUYS. This app doesn't have it -yet.

It's a phone book. Very handy for that. Reverse lookup is useless. Cant find many landlines and finds no cell numbers without ponying up cash.

Worked fine until about two months ago. Then, first, instant view movies would stop and start and stop and start. Then, second, movies were blurry. Can't watch them either way. Useless now.

Let's see if I have this right. To use this app on your iPad or iPhone, you need to have a TWC account. You don't need a TWC account if you don't own a TV, so obviously you also own a TV. So, here you are in your home with your TV and your TWC account. So, why would you want to watch TWC on a tiny iPad or even tinier iPhone, when you can watch it on your way bigger TV? My kids live in a Comcast area, and their Xfinity app works anywhere. You don't have to be at home.
