I am very disappointed. I decided to subscribe today and was expecting my free issue that is advertised as part of their free trail. However, I did not receive my free issue and my library remained empty even after reseting my ipad and closing the app. I was then charged the full $8.99 to my account even though I am supposed to be a customer of their free trail! Even worse, when I checked my library again the issue was still not there, even though my account was already charged. I feel I have been ripped off and would give a zero-star review if I could. I have emailed their customer support and will consider writing a new review if this situation is resolved.
