I've been a Modcloth customer for over a year and I have never had any problems with the clothes I have bought. Many are cute and quirky - things you certainly can buy elsewhere (especially shoes) once you find a brand you like. The pure social network power of Modcloth is amazing. Their review system holds both positive and negative feedback - I have given low ratings to clothes before and they have posted my comments without censor. Their return and exchange policy is amazing and customer service some of the best I've experienced.
