Sometimes when I like a comment it switches it to dislike and I can't undislike it. And I can't scroll down on some pictures

It says it can't play because of a connection issue with the wifi but other apps like clash of clans work fine not worth the time downloading useless app on AppStore ontell it's fxed I will keep at one star you can tell the maker of the app did try that's why it's has a 2 star rating

I can't refresh downloaded content after update it refreshes for about 3 seconds then says it's done but it won't play offline and says I haven't refreshed in a long time
