  • Unusable
Entering a zip code worked fine, but trying to select an available option did nothing (specifically, OTA channels in Detroit). Couldn't load any listings at all.

  • Unusable and getting worse
Years ago the Best Buy app was fast: you could easily browse open box deals, navigate through lists, and purchase merchandise. The redesign a while back changed all this, and the app has slowly degraded even further since then. Lists are no longer navigable: if you select an item, or even just add it to your cart, the back button gives you a blank page. To return where you were last, you have to start over from the home page. Clearance and open box deals are likewise far more difficult to access now, and nearly impossible to find for a specific store (which is the only reason one would be checking open box deals in the first place...if you had immediate physical access to a specific store!). Finally, the entire app is very slow...and the shopping cart is broken. You cannot view the contents of the cart (even the count of item sin the cart is sometimes wrong), and if you try to check out, nothing happens (app stalls or is so slow it never loads the page). Absolutely awful.

  • Not a quick solution
Nice enough app, but lists are based on brand names, not items. I'd rather add "cinnamon" to my list than "[Brand name] gourmet ground cinnamon" - not only may it be unhelpful (including some brands but not others), but it makes adding a simple item far more difficult (20 different listings for the same item, just small variations and brands). Good if you want a wide range of very, very specific branded grocery items. Not good if you just want to quickly make a list of food to purchase. Thanks to the author for making it free, but in my opinion it's overly complicated for daily use.

  • Manipulative and overbearing
Not to mention downright evil when it comes to grabbing full access to everything available on your phone. The latest ploy attempting to force users into installing Facebook Messenger as a separate app (along with horrific terms of service) is the last straw. Back away now while you still can.

  • Constant annoyance
Forgets login info periodically, won't remove badge numbers, and even google hangouts are broken. On top of that, pestered me for a review. So here it is. Google+ is a massive headache and a complete waste of time.
