It's so much easier to accomplish a tough goal if you're getting immediate feedback as to whether or not you're on track. With My Fitness Pal you know if you're on track. After using it for a week, I can pretty much predict how much I'll weigh when I step on the scale tomorrow morning. It makes the overwhelming and demoralizing task of weight loss much more manageable.

Very intuitive, it's actually really fun to design HanDBase databases from an iPhone. Been using HanDBase for years and I must say, I've never come across a company that puts their customers first to the extent that DDH Software does. The quality of support offered by Dave and Brian in the HanDBase forums just doesn't exist anywhere else.
