I think the best part of the game is after you go 14-2 in the regular season, an 8-8 team just dominates you in the playoffs! It doesn't matter your strategy for kicking or shooting! It is guaranteed that, in the playoffs, the opposing team will shoot 80+% of your balls and you will miss 80+% of theirs!

Good stuff. Freezes a lot, though.

I had a sneaking suspicion that the balls don't always line up correctly. On corner shots in particular, it seems the game does not always use a true angle projection. I started using a straight edge to line up my shots and I continued to miss them. This happened more and more as I started winning more and more. It seems to me, if you don't register your profile, the the game doesn't want your win streak to go too far.

The only problem is that this game allows its characters to keep and deploy energy bars even after my "power draining" moves. I understand that levels are supposed to get harder, and that's fine, but if I use a power draining move on a boss, and their power bars go completely empty, how can they use their power move as their immediate next move? This causes me to lose matches against bosses... A lot... Other than that, this is quite the fun and excellent game!

This is an awesome game. Just the right amount of cheesy meeting good game-play. I wish there were bonuses for things like hat-tricks and winning the golden boot, though. And the price to fuse cards is also a bit steep.
