Children are able to begin to exercise their cognitive skills when provided a consistent format, which the logic of english provides. The reinforcement provided by this application provides the opportuniity for individual reinforcement either by preprogrammed design or creating one specifically for the child. This is also an example of child centered learning with the teacher as a guide.

My grandsons have started using Doodling Dragons app on our iphone and are enjoying the auditory confirmation of their learning. They have experienced the fun of the book and working with Foundations A . The confirmation of the leaning is enhancing the accuracy, speed of their responses and most importantly their ability to apply their knowledge to read and comprehend. They laugh and have fun while learning.
