I usually trust Uber, they have great drivers and usually cost only a little more than a cab. However, a few nights ago a friend used her account to call me an Uber ride, and when I got home (6.5 miles from where I started), she texted me to inform me that the ride was $134. How this is possible, and even legal, I don't know. I could have taken a limo home for less than that. Uber has been unresponsive: will not answer emails, there is no customer service telephone number to be found, etc. like I said, before this incident I had full confidence in Uber and always used them over cabs. If this issue doesn't get resolved, I will most definitely not be using them again.

Some of the antonyms don't make sense, and it's a little glitchy, but the format of this is the best of the GRE apps I've found.
