First game of its type I've played. Nice idea and good time filler. The help line is right - to use common sense.

Stunning graphics. Great gameplay. Nice story. Atmospheric. Can't stay away from it! (Best complement for a game). The original elite was black and white... Planets with a white circular line and ships composed with white lines AND IT WAS FANTASTIC! This game really brings back memories of the pioneering days of gaming. The graphics were Spartan back then but the ideas were original and lasting. And this game proves it! This is my #1 IPad game and well worth the price.

I can't believe I got this for free, considering some of the rubbish that I have paid for. I don't buy driving games as such because I am hopeless at them, but this is exactly what a casual game should be - FUN! Thank you people for creating this little gem!

Well worth the money. My fav pick up and play game. Difficult at first because I've never been real good at these types of games, but keep playing and you get a real feel for the 2 planes. Am into the campaign too so the 2nd aircraft is unlocked. Carrier landings are always a challenge and I'm getting the feel for them. Not always successful but it's fun to keep trying. The controls are just right for this game, gear throttle and air brakes. It's all about nerve really and the multi view replays are really cool. It's always nice to replay a really good landing a few times and think - hey I did that really well! The only thing that the designers might have added is a zoom view of the airfield/carrier as you make your approach on the HUD. I'm sure I've seen that way back in my pc gaming days. But it would only be an enhancement and maybe I'm looking for too much as on your approach you get to know the layout of your landing area. Definitely recommended! I've got one of the flight sim games, but this is challenging and good fun.

David's comment is spot on. Also quite often this App loses server connection. I'm giving it 2 stars only because it looks really nice. Ok, it was only 59p but it takes up over 100mb!
