A good game which provides various levels of challenge, but if you want a hint you must pay - and and it's not cheap to buy a package of hints!

I've played this for two years now and really enjoyed it, even though I don't play many games on the iPad - I've even spent quite a lot of money on it as I enjoyed it so much - BUT the latest 'upgrade' has really spoilt it. We can now collect magic and get light/dark dragons, that bit is OK (but a bit hard on people who can't spend all day collecting magic and don't want to buy it) but the tried, tested and basically sound breeding rules have changed for the worst! We often use gems to speed up breeding in order to get 'special' dragons and then work hard to get a second one, as breeding two of the same dragon used to always result in them breeding 'true' - so two sun dragons would always produce another sun dragon. This dreadful update has stopped that. Why change it Backflip? It worked, people liked it, PLEASE change it back if you want me to carry on playing!!!

This is great on my iPad - only want the odd book to read when I'm stuck without a real one and I can upload and read all my PDF files - but on my iPhone I can't access my PDFs, even though I've updated my operating system, which is really annoying. If this was fixed I'd give it 5 stars

Lacks the finesse and quality of DragonVale, but a good game for kids. I do feel that all these games are a bit of a rip-off as its only possible to make very slow progress without spending lots of real money. However, it is possible to play this for free and it should appeal to kids.
