When I try to slide open a text I received, it starts to load, then crashes. When I try to open it to send a text, it crashes. When I think about it, it crashes. I see that I am not the only one with this problem either. Ever since y'all went to Pinger, it's been terrible. Oh, do yourselves a favor and get rid of the shill reviews. They make you look ridiculous.

I get why companies want to make things look "FRESH AND EXCITING!!!"; to attract customers. But you guys really have no idea how much you make your regulars seriously upset when you completely change something, much less it not working! Did the app need THIS MUCH "FRESH AND EXCITING"!!! all at once?? Coincidence that it has a bug with the coupons being difficult to get to, and especially during the busiest time of the year? Hope you're not trying to pull a bait-and-switch Michael's!! You'll lose a lot of people that way. The app is very hard to navigate too. So much has been changed in a short amount of time. Why not a gradual change?! Oh yeah, not to thrilled the coupon is difficult to get to. And what's up with one-time use? As long as we could use it once a day, that was nice. What would you rather; a one-time purchase with the one-time coupon, and nothing else, or many purchases with the coupons? Crunch the numbers! Btw, doesn't anyone do trial runs on these apps?

So we thought you'd enjoy a refreshed news feed even though you weren't wanting to refresh. Please stop the refreshing with the news feed each time I return to it after reading a group or like page's postings. It's making it difficult to catch up on other pages' postings. Also, on the first iPad, when opening pictures while device is in landscape mode, it shows them in portrait. Oh yeah, you should rename the app Crashbook.

I love the alerts and the note taking. Also seeing the stats at a glance.
