This has been a great Bible app which I have used a lot. Probably the best out there. The problem has been, which many others have noted - the latest revisions of this app have caused it to become unstable. When you are using the app now, you feel you are fighting it to get to your verses. Most of this started with a major release a month or so before iOS 8 was to come out, so I was hoping that iOS 8 would help, but some major bugs (going to verses) still persist. It seems to run much better on iPhone that iPad. Overall this has been a great app, and I hope our developers can get it figured out... So it was a 5 star app, but after this latest release more like a 2 star.

I've been away from PocketBible for several years. I used to have it on my Palm, then my PocketPC. Just recently I have tried it out on my iPhone, and it reminds me again of what great app it has always been. Ease of use: searching is very easy. On the iPad, it will search all Bibles and content together, then you can easily chose which version you want to read. The app is also bug-free and very stable, which is a huge thing in today's world of apps that promise much but are so buggy you can hardly make them work.

A great app until this last update. We hope for restoration of stability in next update. And previous features...
