The digital experience continues to be poor for a paper with the stature of the WSJ. The FT App seems to have gotten it right. WSJ should allow users not to have to download the paper, thereby freeing memory and making the experience faster.

Keeps forcing people to move to monthly subscription, does not allow list sharing anymore. In addition, tends to hang up frequently, why bother with a free version of the app if it is so poorly designed? Can you go back to the old version please, it was more stable and allowed note sharing.

Very well designed. Has all the essentials - can look up/make/change reservations, check train timing, membership rewards, etc. As a regular user of Amtrak every week, I find this app to be highly useful and user-friendly.
