The worst The worstCould not for the life of me get a boarding pass on the app. Also got no flight credit on my wife and sons account after checking in on the app with their frequent flyer #. Maddeningly frustrating app and is useless as I still had to get paper boarding passes.

Awful app Awful appThe user experience on this app is awful. Everything is slow and there seem to be a few extra steps vs other airline apps. I can never seem to get my mobile boarding pass either. Very frustrating

Slow, crashing, 0 stars Slow, crashing, 0 starsI never rate apps good or bad but this was so bad I felt compelled to write one. You try to check in and takes forever to get there when you do but when you try to finish the process it white screens. No loading icon to tell you what's going on. The loading icon goes away but still white screen. It asks for info like my middle name on I.D. Card even though when I signed in it said welcome *first name Middle Surname*
