TSB Mobile Banking App

The app is rather crash free, easy to navigate, fast and secure. You can't get all info however and you must switch to desktop site at times. It's great as you don't have to login again but as you are seeing desktops site in you TSB app, there is a big issue. If you view the statement there is no button and option to go back to account overview. You must come out completely, close the app, open it again, login again. Please fix it! 3* for now.

Second attempt at a review as the first attempt told me my nickname was already taken and then just closed down. As I said, a terrible app that does not know which way up it is supposed to be on I-pad. Scrolling to log in is painful. Try copying the ABN Amro app!!

Look at the halifax mobile app for how it should be done. Come on TSB show us your not completely useless!

... and this is no app. TSB have wrapped their website up in an "app" and now a dozen bankers at HQ walk in a circle patting each other on the back "Yeah! We have an app, good job". Every other bank has a proper app you can log into in seconds. This app requires about 75 taps over four web pages to even see your bank balance. Infuriatingly slow. When will you just call Monitise and buy in their app TSB? Why reinvent the wheel... as a square.
