Fine for me Fine for meI only usually use this app to check train times and it is good for that. I don't use it for anything else.

Not bad, but could be better. Not bad, but could be better.I buy my tickets through the FGW website, so I find this app a useful extension to this. mTickets are great, and avoid problems with self service machines at stations; but there is no way of getting through barriers onto the platform except for showing a guard your phone. This just swaps one queue for another. Ease of use is an issue in some places. Some of the functions for tracking trains, showing departure platforms etc. are better implemented in other apps, so it loses a star for this. The app would really benefit from integration with passbook and the calendar, though. This would get it an extra star.

Con ConI used this app a few times before they conned me, charged me twice without giving me a reference number, just kept taking me too the same helpline were I had to pay to ring abroad and eventually had to hang up because it was going no were! Train prices in this country are a joke as it is, even worse when your paying triple!

Deceitful app and no passbook support Deceitful app and no passbook supportThis app shouldn't be called "Train Times", it's the First Great Western app. This is deceitful. Tickets should go in Apple Passbook, the way they appear in this application is very confusing.
